Colourpop Yes please Pallette - Yes please or Oh please? (Review + Swatches)

First of all I am not an eyeshadow person at all, like AT ALL. The only time I actually put up that crease color is when I am feeling extra fancy or just doing a blog photography, other than that all my eyeshadow pallettes just chill. But that doesn't mean I don't buy them, no sir! I am attracted to them as much as anything else . So recently, colourpop came up with a Limited Edition fall pallette named YES PLEASE and it was literally love at first sight that leaves you weak in the knees! It kept on coming in and going out of stock in matter of minutes and finally I managed to get mine.

Even though its an LE, but it's still there on colourpop's website so it's a good idea I put my word on it now!

My Experience :

The colourpop Yes please Palette comes in a yellow sleeve which has the name of the palette printed on it and the names of the shadows at the back. The palette itself is a cardboard box which has 12 pans in it. It has a magnetic closure which is pretty nice and secures nicely. Also the cardboard material is sturdy too, however I would still suggest carrying it with care while putting it in your bag.

The pallette itself is a grey colored one with print CUTE AF on its lid which is pretty misleading if you only have the pallette and not the sleeve. I don't get the logic behind it but never mind because my main focus is on the actual product.

It consists of 12 warm hued shadows with mattes, shimmers  and foiled textures. All shades are in the family of golds, browns and oranges.

The formula of all the shadows is super soft and they blend beautifully, however the lightest shade named full zip (top left corner shade) is a bit chalky and has comparatively more fall out than the others.

Butter cake and chauffeur have very fine micro glitters and blend nicely without any glitter falling out.

The mattes are just gorgeous with a mind blowing color pay off, just one dip of brush and you are good to go for both eyes.

Since the colors are super pigmented and the packaging is light colored, you are bound to end up with a messy pallette which I personally don't like but you can always wipe off the sides with a makeup remover and its as good as new again.

I just wish they had printed the names of the shadows under the pans rather than athe back but its just some what of a personal preference, nothing more.

If you are a person who gravitates towards warm colors like me (I do throughout the year) and want a single pallette to create multiple looks from day wear to full on party glam, this is thr one pallette that you would need to take with you everywhere.

Price and availability :

The color pop Yes please Palette retails for 16$ and is available on the colourpop website. (HERE

I got it from an online seller Chemi Makeup for PKR 2600/-. If you are in Pakistan and want to order genuine stuff, they are providing authentic makeup brands at very competitive prices.
